• We deliver across all serviceable locations in India
• Please provide a complete address with PIN code
• P.O. Box addresses are not accepted

Shipping Charges

• Shipping cost is not included in product price
• Charges are based on total order weight (per Kg)
• Weight is rounded up to the next 1000 grams

Delivery Attempts

• Courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times
• If failed, customer must collect parcel from courier office
• Re-delivery charges (if any) will be borne by the customer

Special Delivery Locations

Deliveries to hotels, hostels, schools, or colleges are at customer’s risk. If the parcel is refused, we will not be responsible for refund or re-shipment.

Transit & Responsibility

• All shipments are insured at no extra cost
• If shipment is lost, we will reship after 15 working days (subject to availability)
• We are not responsible for loss or damage after delivery

• Delivery timelines may vary based on availability and conditions
