Return & Replacement Policy
At Aarsh Bansidhar Fashion, we strive to deliver premium quality products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect size delivered
- Wrong product received
To be eligible for replacement:
- Product must be returned in original condition with all tags intact
- Customer must send the product back at their own shipping expense
- After receiving, we will inspect and either fix the issue or provide a replacement
No Refund Policy
- We do not provide refunds
- If order is cancelled within 24 hours, a credit note will be issued
- Credit note is valid for 30 business days only
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours only
- After 24 hours, cancellation is not allowed
Taxes & Charges
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties, or charges as per their local government rules at the time of delivery.
In-Store Purchases
Products purchased directly from our showroom must be handled in-store only for any queries, issues, or replacements.
Video Call Purchases
- Customer must ensure correct size during video call
- We follow customer instructions during video shopping
- If size does not fit:
- Customer must return product at their own shipping cost
- We will provide replacement only
Customized Products
Customized or made-to-order products are:
- ❌ Not eligible for return
- ❌ Not eligible for refund or replacement
